For 400 hp, there is little to gain for the money spent on cam gears. Spend your money on something else. post up what you plan on buying.

The Titan is an 86 mm HG just like the HKS.

The titan gaskets can go better than .060 over and still have room.

You will lose a little on the bottom and some spool time depending on what centerline the cams are on and what kind of overlap they have.

I am not sure I understand how the the thickness of the gasket will alter the timming. Weather the head was milled or not. All the timming is in the head, both ignition, and cam timming, and I don't thing it knows weather it is an extra 10mm above the head or and extra .5 mm above the head...
