NO NO NO, it goes 1&4, 2&5, 3&6 on the injector batch fire. The wire colors would be 1&4 Yellow/ white with blue stripe 2&5 Black/ White with Red stripe 3&6 White/Red ignor the color of the plastic cap

The oil squirters hit below the oil controll ring, if oil is above that on assembly, then it will ride up and down untill it burns off.

Flex makes a kit to wire these up properly, it has two fuses and two relays, one for each fan. It is cheaper to do it yourself. Don't use the little inline that comes with it.

The Flex 220? I havn't heard of anyone melting the fuse on those before, What amp was the fuse. Prob need a larger gauge wire and bigger style fuse.

AND!! Don't forget to knock the sharp edges off the area you just filed or you will scratch the bore when installing the ring to recheck the end gap like I did years ago. We also assume that you staged all the ring gaps on each piston so that they don't all line up?

Can the car enter the country, or must it pass all this BS stuff before you can even take it home. I wouldn't care if it sat in my driveway un registered and undrivable on the street just to have one sitting in my garage.
