You can get any stall you want from IPT or PI, it is a custom made billet converter and not your restalled stock one. Usually goes upwards of $1k No such thing as a trans brake for a toyota tranny.

Exactly, loctite 620, spread it accross the pitting, add the headgasket and bolt it down. Done! You can also use a titanium caulking and sand that. It is used to repair scratches in hyd. cylinders. I used loctite 620 as the headgasket only on a Nitromethane motor repeatedly and never blew the seal.

This has already been talked about in another thread. I have used loctite 620 with great results many years ago to fix pitting.

Are you looking to to load the block with pressure to hone or bore? Pipes will not do this, They will create localized pressure around each stud, a plate, or the head, will distribute the load evenly. What are you trying to do?

in .25 increments, most any shop can get them including me.
