Pre-89 speedo goes to 150mph, 89+ goes to 160mph, and are both calibrated the same. Swapping an 89+ speedo into a pre-89 car will not result in any error. They are both calibrated to the same spec.

I've never seen one with the nuts on it. I had to drill the holes larger and weld the nuts on myself on mine.

I don't know, but there are a lot. As far as white packages go, I've seen a lot of 89-90 white packages, as well as 91-92, though 91-92's are rare in general, but I think the percentage is probably pretty close.

There weren't any changes made, the arms will fit. The suspension geometry did not change from pre-89 to 89+ and all the part numbers that changed have the older number supersceding to the newer number. You're fine.

^^^ What he said. In fact, the button I believe presses 2 seperate buttons behind it on the 89+, I had wanted to cut it in half so you could press each side seperately, but never tried yet.

Most pre-89's will have the wiring for it, but not all. No 89+ cars have the wiring for it. Connector: (Ignore the craptastic pic)

How is the reception on the AM antenna with FM? Just curious.

Either that or you still have an entire box, but not the 1 stupid piece you still need.
