I repair those, I am doing one right now. You grind the whole key way out and fill the void in with new weld. Then cut a new key way in on a mill. Crank must be out of the motor for this. For one, a key cannot be cut properly in the car, and two the welding will ruin the front crank seal. then...
What I always found to be the problem was; what to do with all the stuff and the roller after everything wanted was sold. Most went in the trash or junk yard. I would try to sell it as a whole first and save the part out as a last resort.
On the UK site, they have a sticky for a traveling shim pool. I think that would be a great idea for this site as well. Take what you need and replace the ones you take with the ones replaced. It could just be mailed to each good standing member from the last person who had it when needed.
That would be great! I posted my address a few times for you to send me the shipping lables, I will send the manifold and remaining lables to gixxer, then he can send you the completed manifold with the remaining lable, then you can send it to me after polishing.
I posted my paypal address...
You can have stock shims reground to any thickness you need. You would use a horizontal auto feed table grinder with a magnetic table. Most machine shops would have one. I used to operate one back in the early 90's
Hey Bud!
That would be great! I am thinking of using that hks short runner I purchased from you on this car, That replica you have should be the correct size to go right on there..

Supramike7m- My mom lives in prescott valley. I here its pretty nice out there right now. That dollar amount would give us a whole car. Well, maybe..

I have Gary's times in my e-mail and some video of his passes. He is doing amazing things with that dragster. I just e-mailed him about it. His times are down into the middle 7's. I have his mod list too, but I won't post that to protect his set up.
What is everyone waiting for? Supraforums to update their 1/4 mile time list??
Come on, more people on this site need to post up their timeslips. How are you going to let a stock ct with a stock intercooler be # 5 on the list???????
Weezl - send me your water pump! The one on the motor now drops water from places it never should.
Jake - I know it would be tough to fab up the pipes to run duals, but to just get this girl running with anykind of respectable power, this was the cheapest way I could think of.
The triple is a bolt in, the only problem with the quad is that it was made for the 1jz/r154 combo. It would work on the 7m, it is just that a flywheel for the 7m would have to be machined to accept the 1jz pp bolt pattern.
I have seen prices posted in the UK for the clutches for about 1200L...
OS Giken makes a twin plate and a triple plate for the 7m, and the triple is rated for over 850. They also say the triple has been tested to 1000 with no slipage. They also make a quad plate for the jza70, but to run that you would need to have a flywheel made to fit the 7m. The clutch already...
aznwaterboy - Thank you - anything at all would be a help.
Tissimo - What do you think about twin ct-26's. In stock form they should do 500+ and are internally gated. Later tey could be upgraded to a 57 trim each and may do 800. I could get a manifold made up for them, I have two decent...
