    odd Coolant system symptoms

Exhaust doesn't change the color. It will change it's acidity, eventually, but even that doesn't really change the color. Until it eats most of your head, anyway. As long as the overflow isn't pushing coolant out, it's fine. Mine usually sits at the low level when cold, and the full level...

    Ken Block Does It Again!!!

What's not to like? At least it doesn't look like it was designed by the same crew that got fired over the last 2 decades of Volvo monstrosities. If by agressive you really mean looking like it took the runner up prize in a chainsaw fight, I guess I can see your point.

Shelf Life of Toyota Red Coolant?

Sealed or open, the shelf life of the stuff is years. In the engine, is another matter. I change mine at least once a year as a matter of course, so the stuff I have on the shelf never lasts that long.

    Clutch Pedal Problem

Clutch to buy depends on how much torque you're putting out with the engine. If you're still running stock power levels, then a stock clutch is fine.

Very strange situation with MAFT PRO. We don't know what is it.

FPR = 2.8? What units? That can't be PSI. Mainscale - is that negative 50 or positive 50? The AFR, is this at idle, cruise, or what?

No heat... heater core coolant valve perma-closed.

Thanks for all the help, JJ. The wire colors check out, as does the ground disappearing from pin 4 when I set the climate control to full cold. The bit about the right servo is definitely justified though, because the first connector I pulled apart turned out to be the wrong one! The...

And he's removed the VSV that controls the heater core coolant valve, and just plumbed the thing straight to vacuum. :)
