Looks like the inside of the pulley was rubbing on something too..Perhaps that mounting bolt?

You still need to at least get a fuel pressure gauge kit so you know what your fuel pressure is. When you installed the walbro did you do the 12volt mod?

Im not sure what kind of DP I have but it connects directly to my Blitz Nur Spec exhaust. Not even a space for a cat or test pipe. It has a flex section and the opening is 3".Im just guessing it's a Blitz DP. Works perfectly with my lipp elbow. It also bolted to the stock elbow quite well even...

You need them if you're using the stock ecu with a piggyback. If you're going standalone then you can get rid of them.

Very interesting swap. I happen to like a good rotary though. You cant beat the sound of a bridge or peripheral ported 13b with a massive turbo or just ITB's. They sound like really really pissed off bees. I bet your car will scoot once its running right though.
