Id continue with the break in for a little longer. Depending on your rings, it could take a little longer for them to seat. Go beat the shit out of it and engine break a few times. If you only have 200 miles on the motor then there is a good chance the rings arent seated yet. Id at least...

Believe what you want, but pretty much every turbocharged motor burns a little oil. Its just the nature of the beast. Especially in older motors with older turbos. The actual oil seals in the turbo are not the kind of seal you would think about in the traditional sense.
