Tested the battery and they said it was good, they charged it up for half an hour, not a full charge, and I took it home and tried to start the car and same thing happened. Loud click and everything shuts off. Is it normal to hear liquid swishing around?

One quick question so I can stop whoring up the thread, if I got the 140 amp alternator from driftmotion with my stock setup would I fry or mess anything up or can I run that alternator fine with no problems?

Now nothing turns on at all, I tried to jump it but it just cranked over slowly then kept slowing down to almost nothing. I am thinking it is a dead cell I am going to take the battery tomorrow morning to get it checked out.

Tried jumping the car and it was struggling to crank it started cranking slower and slower each time and the lights dimmed along with it. I am thinking it is a bad cell in the battery.

The fuse turned out to be fine could it possibly be a relay? When I turn the key I hear a loud click where the fuse box is.

I checked all of the fuses and none of them are blown, checked the engine bay and kick panel fuse boxes and none of them are blown I did notice the ignition fuse I believe looked off center, so I am looking for some extra fuses to replace it with.

yea I stopped doing it when it started happening I am taking it easy on the clutch until I can replace it, flywheel, and pressure plate.

I think my clutch is starting to slip when I am in third or fourth and floor it the revs go up to 3000 RPMs then hover there while the speed increases a good amount but when I go 30mph and shift into 5th then floor it the revs don't move freely.

I wish they made it for LHD too but having a RHD mk3 in the states would be very nice and rare I don't know if there are any RHD MK3s in the states

Thanks for the advice I figured it would be bad for an old motor and apparently the 7M likes to spin bearings.

Debating on running Mystery Oil or Seafoam through my motor but worried something might break or spinning a rod bearing.

So jealous that you RHD guys can have the JDM digital dash it looks great especially for 80s technology usually the digital dashes back then aren't designed very well
