Yea I plan on doing that when I install my boost controller and if it's not leaking inside then I'll order an O ring from the dealer.

I did replace the O ring although it was from my head gasket kit so it may not be specifically designed for the CPS now that I think about it.

Who says MK3s are impractical

I think my CPS is leaking oil I may be buying the rebuild kit on DM to fix it. Is it hard to do? I am afraid of the drilling part mostly.

Been there lol I got pissed off enough one night and got a replacement pad from rockauto then later on I freaking found the original one in my damn trunk of all places wedged in between the spare tire.

I plan to change them anyway to lighter pistons that can handle more hp like i said for response and to have a lot of breathing room so the engine isn't running on edge it has a nice comfort zone.

That much I know but don't you also have to change the pistons since those are also different between the GE and GTE motors?
