I took them both out.. broke out the ceramic one (on accident.. reading mtr's secret sauce.. just trying to break the valve not the shaft but broke it all.. lol. so welded a tab to hold the ceramic ends in.. so I didn't have an exhaust leak.. ) took out the intake one and welded the hole up...
