yea dont smooth it out, you will need it rough, but I would open it up slightly..

No 2nd is the Charcoal canister.. The vent from the gas tank 3rd goes to the stock BOV. Cap that off

I would do the intake side if you're doing it.. More so if you're going to get cams and rev it up higher.. more flow is always good ;) You can really open them up that much compaired to the others, Honestly I dont know how much of a difference in flow there are between 2 and 5 and the others...

61 p trims have run close to 500whp on pump.. not sure on the differences in the exhaust wheel between the P trim and gt35 exhaust.. but you can probably get close.. (high 4s)

gt35r is a very nice turbo.. I've riden in a 35r 7m car.. cam on fast and pulled nice! And it will make your goals.. I say go for it

230 is really low.. fwiw on my 67 a 1/2 ass aem tune by my self (has aem for 2 weeks) I dynoed 290whp @ 9 psi

do you have your graph in rpm?

the turbo must be shot.. 220 @ 6psi isn't bad.. but I would think there would be more torque if you peaked 12-13 psi.. I did 256/275 with 10psi
