oh, I've always though T3s were smaller then t4s given the same a/r ratios.. looking back at my post a 1.01 t3 and a .68 t4 is a bit drastic, i should of said .84 T4 or wahtever it is.. But if they're the same then never mind. Never looked into it that much
Jay (suprahero) has a GT35R w/ a .82 (t3) A/r on his and made 543whp
I would consider a 1.01 a/r or a .68 T4 housing though for extra top end flow (and hp)
those are the harness plugs, and being an auto wont make it more difficult to swap it (i assume you're going 5spd now?) If so you will just have more wires left over (the wires going to the Trans ecu)
