Okay guys, the results of the poll seem pretty clear. We're going to be having our Supra meet in Stillwater on July 16th. The meet will be taking place at SupraSport as usual, and we have confirmation from Greg that the date is good!
Here are the details for now:
Date: Saturday, July 16th, 2011...
Man, this is awesome to see all the progress so far. Let me know when you are draining/refilling your transmission fluid - I have some spare redline you can use.
I say let's set the date as the 16th. Having a date sooner is probably what we should be aiming for. When you make a meet thread I'll try my best to spread the word!
So this is pretty shameless - but I have a whole bunch of extra Supra junk I'm trying to get rid of. If anyone wants something, it's waiting here at my house in Stillwater for FREE...
Soooooooooooooooooooooo, I've been driving the Blue Supra quite regularly, and I've started to notice oil soak around the exit of the bypass valve. I decided to tear things apart to investigate what's causing it, and I'm a bit miffed. I do know that some oil in the intercooler/intake piping is...
So, small update. I got the BVSV from Steve (for the White car), and I got the cruise working on the blue car!!!one!11!!
Now that the cruise is working fine, it annoys me that the clip is broken that holds the cruise switch into the dashboard, so I need to find one of those now.
I'm willing to bet Dan Getzke may be interested in that exhaust. BUT, I have a funny feeling if you posted a for sale thread here on SM or on Supraforums you'd get more money. People go crazy for those Greddy exhausts, and Getzke may not want to have to deal with that resonator.
Either way, a 3.5" exhaust is going to be loud. Make sure to have a quality muffler and resonator, maybe even two resonators to cut down on the drone. A 3.5" exhaust will be pretty necessary though, with the size of turbo you're running.

If you don't like it, I may be a potential buyer :icon_bigg
edit: I agree with you that it doesn't like "quite right" on your car. For some reason the gunmetal and the bright silver seem to clash too much.
Well, a whole bunch of progress has happened. I am currently staying at my parents house in Stillwater while they're on vacation, and we had a mini Supra meet Tuesday night (well, Dan came by, but that was 3 Supras!). I'm thinking I need to organize a little mini-meet here in Stillwater in the...
You get quite an appreciation for how much has been done to this car already after seeing the pictures. It's amazing how far it's come, and that's not even counting the engine not running right!
