why is it when i go to speakeasy.net and do their speed test, it says i download at around 200kbps, and upload at 400kps. but speedtest.net says i download at 4400kps and upload at 400kbps. i pay for a 3mb service. so shouldn't i be at like 3000kbps? go easy on me, i hate computers and only...
