If you really want a cheap replacement that will sound better than the buzzing... Buy some pioneer 4" at walmart or best buy for about 50/pair. I'd never buy that cheap a speaker, but I've had friends get them and they're not that bad. Certainly a huge improvement from the blown ones.

x2. If you make a hard turn even with the coolant overflow mostly to the full line, you can make the fluid move enough to drop the sensor low enough to trigger the light. If its on while you're simply driving along, you're fluid is low inthe overflow, or you have a bad sensor.

Yup. Thats actually what the guy at Aamco said when they were rebuilding my tranny. They charged me the same amount for parts as any other place i could find to buy them separate. But Shop X would love to profit on the mark-up instead of letting Parts Place X have it.

Someone in that thread mentioned that the mkii had enough room to pull the pan by simply unbolting the motor mounts and jacking up the tranny. I'm not sure that'd work on a mkiii. Worth a shot i suppose. Jack it up and look at it for 5 mins and see if there is any possible way you'd have enough...
