Fwiw, I'll be putting my studded tires/wheels on the Supra in October. :)
Other than that, the car will be stored in my garage at my house when not in use.
AT LEAST 110/month for basic liability and a cheap car. I believe it will be lowest with an auto, 4 door car.
I have a perfect record and my insurance was about 100/month 6 years ago for a 5 spd 2 door coupe. Girls have higher insurance rates, though.
Awesome. Hope it's real and a little disappointed tires didn't get blown out.

"Look at this guy and his bimmer, who does he think he is? Oh shit...."
Why the TSRM is good for that!
Go to google, type in "TSRM"
Click on the very first listing and bookmark that page!!! (or go buy a TSRM from a toyota dealer for your supra.) Code reading (diagnostics) is in the section of EFI.
Basically, you jumper terminals e1 and te1 of the diagnostic box...
Ya I cleaned the contacts and have tried it on multiple vehicles with no luck.
I also can't find my receipt, which sucks because I keep EVERY receipt for anything car related. :(
Hmm... May just have to invest in another one. Maybe a slightly nicer one? :dunno:
I have a basic timing light that seems to be going out. I went to use it a few days ago and it started to get dim. Now it has gotten so dim I can barely see the light flash if I look straight down the barrel.
Anyone know anything?
FWIW, its an Innova 3551 and is under a year old, been...
especially at a yard. ;)
There were 2 n/a's at a local yard here. If you'd like I can grab one for ya if you pay cost + shipping and the yard doesn't charge too much.
New ones are 2-300 I believe.
Wow, should have figured given that the ad said "Thank" .
What is the ad poster trying to accomplish? Does he want someone to wire him money for a car that no one can see?
That car has to have some major problem. Maybe it's missing most the interior and it doesn't A/C, power steering or Climate control. Now wait, that would still be an amazing deal. Holy fuck, I hate you California.
I would be doing this for sure. A new harness would be nice, but if it's just one or two wires, why go through the trouble.
Get a multimeter at your local hardware store/home depot and become familiar with its functions. Most should have a continuity function.
Can you show us pics of the...
Monitor fixed with a strip of Narrow Gap Rubber Tape "Weatherstrip tape" for home use. :)
Put it between the back of the screen and the lid backing of the laptop. The long, wide ribbon seems to have come un-adhesived to the circuit board running across the backside of the top of the screen. Not...
just drove the car around the block a few times and the problem has DISAPPEARED after installing the new bushings! 30 bucks solved what seemed like a huge problem!
Thank you everybody for all the advice and help!
Steering fixed with simply replacing the bushings for the rack. Car seems to be suffering from a little blow-by, but other than that she runs great with new plugs! Stock seats should go back in later this week or next.
Anyone want to buy some Recaro SE's? :D
