I would think doing the harness with the engine in car would be very irritating. BHG is just removing bolts and driving to a machine shop, driving back and more bolts. Harness would be a LOT of hassle, IMO.

Long extensions, patience, wobblers, a small, stubby 14mm wrench and more patience. It took me and a friend about 3 hours to get it out. I think I have a method down now (the extensions/wobblers), but holy crap is it difficult. It was designed to be installed with engine out of car. :(

I want something just like that but with a more insulating material. Maybe even just a coating or paint that insulates well would help quite a bit.

My brembo's are NOT painted.... yet. They don't have any sort of coating on the hat of the rotor. I'll need to put some on though, cuz they already look rusted.
