    painted intercooler

Well, that paint was a heat protection material, as well as radar-absorbing. Didn't really have anything to do with the color. Regardless- still the coolest plane ever made, thermally and philosophically speaking.

    Failed Smog Please help!

If you're that close, I'd consider just cleaning or replacing spark plugs- that might do it. Also, check your egr vavle as per the tsrm- they get clogged up after a while. Not sure if switching to 87 will help, though it does burn faster.

    Idle issue on fresh rebuild

Are the cams timed properly? I recently put a motor together, and after I was positive that both cams were dead perfect, I took the cam cover off and found the intake off by a tooth.

If you vent a bov to the atmosphere, the metered air going into the engine(x) immediately after, was measured with that vented air(Y). So the ecu supplied fuel for X+Y, when it's really only...

I had a 4-wheel alignment done right after my new wheels/ tires were installed last year, and i've literally eaten through some of the steel belt. Only on the inside 1st inch...

    What could it be?

Codes? And your windshield has more crack goin on than downtown Detroit. It scatters the light from your low coolant warning all over the place.

I'm just upgrading to full urethane to get rid of slop. And my spherical bushing is toast. Guess I have to get that one from Toyota. So far, I've only done right rear.
