    transmission mount questions?

What he said. Not sure exactly what you mean by 'bang', but if it's a busted tranny mount or worn center support bearing, jabbing the throttle or letting off results in a 'clunk' in my experience.

Either find an 89+ at the salvage yard, or better yet, have your own subframe reinforced. An 89+ can still crack.

    quietest mufflers out there..!??

I bought a Borla for a rear unit, as it was reviewed as one of the quietest performance mufflers. It is a 3" to (2) 2.5" perforated tube design with stainless packing. I intend to also place a chambered Dynomax muffler at the mid position. I'm looking for a very quiet system, with a 3" cutout...

Crazy how fast your life can flash in front of your eyes..

Sorry sorry sorry. When an old lady runs into the first car that passes by, when she picks up her car from her LAST accident...time for the DMV to consider taking her liscense away. If I were to get a new car, I really think I'd look at the Scion FR-S. Just sayin.

    Good clutch setup for durability?

Honestly, a lighter flywheel doesn't do a whole lot in my opinion. I have one in my 7mgte, and I had one on my 7nge. Didn't notice much change.
