If you mean that- once the bearing is installed, you have a slight bit of exposed main saddle on either side, I think that's normal.
Here's my bearings(Clevites), and if you look closely, you'll see that there's about 1mm on either side.
CT26 with lines and ALL new gaskets, composite HG, 3000 pipe, oem flywheel, front drilled rotors, stainless brake lines, non-cracked ex. manifold, and eventually, a head
and full shortblock with probe pistons. But i'm not willing to ship all this stuff, so it's just posted locally on C.L.
Allow me to chime in here:
MAFT in blow thru allows you to vent the Tial-type(not hks-type) BOV to the atmosphere, rather than suck-thru, which risks closed-throttle stalling issues.
The basic MAFT will allow you to pair any size injectors with the engine, rather than being restriced to 550's...

really accents the car properly. I think it's a good thing, just too much of a good thing. If it were black wheels with a silver lip,
I think it'd be more in...
A bit off subject, but is your paint going to buff out white enough to match that spoiler and center piece?
Because they look WAY whiter than the rest of the car.

Having put the bearing in place, I see that it's aligned enough to provide oil flow.
My block is a 90 or 91.
You can see it somewhat in this pic.
Just to revive this thread, an update on what's going on...
I currently have a bag of little parts/ mounts/ fasteners over at my buddy's house, for media blasting, and then the pile of stuff will be divided into three piles:
Those for black powdercoating, those for clear powdercoating(aluminum...
