My Supra has 200,475 miles...bought it with 199,987 about 6 months ago, has been driven very little, obviously, because it has been under constant repair. lol. The Engine has been completely rebuilt, and turbo replaced with a JDM one, as far as the chassis, right now it needs: A driver's side...

We need more information... Did it start before? Are you sure all of the vacuum leaks are fixed? Does it run AT ALL? (does it just run roughly w/backfiring?) What was the mess that you corrected?

umm, I don't the fuel pressure vsv is the problem, check your o2 sensor... Also, aren't you bypassing the turbo when running right now?? Maybe that's the problem?

wow, this sounds like a common problem... It seems like the colder it is, the harder it is to start...it's almost proportional! I don't think it is the plugs or wires, because the plug wires aren't that old, I tested the plugs and they gave strong spark, it doesn't run rough under load...

Well, when you drive a Supra, and you are forced to fix things on the side of the road, in a parking lot, or in a parking lot in the pouring rain (happened to me today)...you tend to get to know the parts pretty well...! lol
