I used an OEM HG w/Permatex Brake Quiet and ARP studs torqued to 80 ft/lbs...has been fine so far for about 6 months and 2k miles... (crosses fingers and knocks on wood)

Seems like every leak is ocurring where there is a rivet... Yea, that's gotta be the problem...I've alwasy thought you could re-use MLS head gaskets.. maybe the Cometic is different because of it's flourine coating? Obviously though, the rivets will have to be removed...

I used a flat-head screwdriver, and stuck it in between the spokes, and used one of the bolts that holds the cam backing palte on as a leverage point while i loosed the bolt...same goes for putting it on w/torque wrench...

I would go with either the Silver Metallic or Bright Chrome 5-Spokes... I have never been a big fan of the 3-spokers...

well, here's what I just did, I blocked off the ISCV on the accordian and hose... Removed the BPV, blocked the small vacuum line, and the port on the accordian hose, and sprayed a little bit of carb cleaner into the BPV orifice on the 3000 pipe, it made the idle increase everytime I...

As for the pic of the BOV being disconnected, I did cap off the port at the accordian hose, and the idle would just go back up... so I guess it's not my BPV... JJ: I will try all of that later today...Thanks!

With the Hellas, they just hook up w/ the stock wiring, and they blast w/ the wheel button...no running wires :)

I went with the Hella Twin-Tone Air horns... they fit in the area behind the bumper, and come with a compressor...they work great w/ VERY little modification, are loud, and makes your car sound exotic! :naughty: Best part of all...they were only like $35.00 on eBay...

You NA guys are lucky, the filter is easily accessible right on the side of the block..:). This actually happened with my NA on the first oil change after it was taken to an "Iffy Lube"...I wrapped a bunsh of masking tape around it, and then gripped it with sandpaper...did the trick ;)

Ok, I don't think it's my TB, as I cleaned it VERY THOROUGHLY when I was fixing my head gasket. and it wasn't even really that dirty to begin with... not to mention it sealed perfectly, it would even hold liquid! and again...where is the idle screw? (pardon me...I'm having a heatstroke)...
