Huh?
As for diasbling ABS...I don't know of a way to disable just the ABS, but if you unplug the rear speed sensor, it will diasble the ABS, as well as some TEMS features, and probably the cruise control, as well as light up the MIL...<<<is this right?
^^Yep, I have only ridden in one 1J, it was Aaron's wife's car w/ auto, and it was amazing! It is a very different experience, being a passenger and then being the driver...I imagine the 1J's are more responsive than the 7M, right?
hmmm...I like this idea...I thought about this a while back too, when I saw...what was it?...I think it was either an Illumina or some kinda Oldsmobile or something, and the center light lit up...
I would try soaking the paint with rubbing alcohol, and then using cotton pads to get it...
That's exactly how mine looks...except, there are remnants of a chewed up bushing type thing around the bolt thing protruding down...it almost looks like a thermostat gasket...
Yea, me too...but you can actually get pretty close to new if you look hard enough...a while ago, there was a 91? with like 6k on it...it looked as if it had been stopped in time...
I was just out driving...and I noticed that the new Dodge Charger's (not sure which models) have the same kinda thing going on w/ the tails...
Any ideas on what I could use to black out the paint? I don't know if this is feasible, but I was thinking several layers of window tint, maybe...
OMG...That is too awesome for words! I have a new goal! Thanks Rajunz!
edit: It kinda reminds me of the MKII's that had the rear hatch and bumper painted black...I had always thought that was awesome...now here's something like that for the MKIII! Awesome...
:hs:
Don't worry about it, you have already helped me out immensly, and I just want to make sure you know how greatful I am!!
^^ Those won't look right...it covers the reverse lights, and the 3 slits don't line up with the lines in the taillight lens...that would look funky, lol.
