Ok, I just checked...it goes into the SIDE of the throttle body, not the bottom...you can't see the fitting for it, because it is directly underneath the TPS... You may have to take the throttle body off to get to it.

Check your power steering idle-up lines. That's what that little hose on the bottom looks like it's for. Spray some carb cleaner all over the place as the engine is running, on hoses, and gaskets, and see if the idle changes.

Yea, those little elbows are expensive...I paid $22 each for mine from the local dealer.
