"Radiator" sealers don't just go into your radiator...they go into the WHOLE SYSTEM...meaning the engine block, head, and all o fthe cooling passages...really has the potential to screw things up.
I would make sure all of the air is out of the system...if you have an air bubble, the heater...
I would wait for a low mileage W58 to pop up...or make a post in the WTB section...I'm sure several people on here have W58's just laying around because they switched to the R154 when they went turbo...
Code 52 is the knock sensor...if the car starts and runs, then your problem isn't the CPS...check the wiring to the knock sensors...if they aren't connected properly the car will run like crap, and flash the code 52.

And overtightening the lugs (especially while hot) can and will strip/break them...there is actually a car-specific torque specification for lug nuts/bolts...you don't just tighten them all until you can't tighten them anymore...

At least get OEM toyota pads...the autozone (Duralast?) brand really suckkkk...they fade almost instantly, they squeal/grind like crazy, and the amount of dust that comes off of them is insane...rotors are another story, you should be fine with the cheapies.
