Supras usually smell like a combination of the following:
-Burning oil (all types)
-Burning coolant
-Burning oil & coolant
-Dirty carpet
-Rust
-And usually an air freshener to try and cover it up
I think this may be where I give up, you're not even showing signs of taking the slightest initiative, and figuring something out for yourself. There's only so much people can do online...the rest you have to figure out for yourself...and it's not like this is rocket science...
They are all over the firewall...go look. Everything that goes through the firewall (engine wiring harness, heater hoses, clutch, etc...) has a grommet around it (thick rubber O-ring).
Probably not a good choice if you aren't interested in cars...but then again, any old car is going to need work. The only way for you to avoid having to *think* would be to buy something new.
And I am guessing you have an oil leak somewhere, and a firewall grommet is torn/missing, and allowing...
22 is the water temp sensor...that means that the ECU is basically getting no signal from it, meaning that the sensor itself or the wiring to it is bad.
Code 51 means that your TPS is bad or isn't adjusted correctly.
