Toyota doesn't sell the #042 Pearl White color anymore...
What I have done is go to an Auto Paint supply place, and give them the color code #042, and they will mix it for you.
The reason it's like that is because the bolt holes aren't tapped, so he has to use a nut...
The BIC o2 flange sits perfectly flat, and the bolt holes are tapped...so no need for nuts.
I would get a better flange welded onto that downpipe...your o2 sensor isn't even in the exhaust stream...BIC sells the perfect flange:

He refers to the turbo as a "CT-26a"...isn't that the turbo that came on MR-2's?? Or maybe he is referring to the slightly larger turbo that came stock on Turbo-A supras?

I hope he makes a full recovery!
Whoa...and you are supposed to be a certified toyota tech??
Does the tapping sound get louder as you build boost? My car did this, and it turned out to be a pre-turbo exhaust leak...two of the four nuts that hold the turbo to the manifold had completely fallen off (old hardware) and it started...
Those are called fender flares.
And I don't think they would look good on the MK3, US MK3's are already considered "widebody"...I think they look good on the MK2 because it is much more angular...I dont think the MK3's styling could pull it off...
