As a 1J owner, I have to say that it is a very nice choice of motor to transplant into a car. It's cheaper to get a 1J making 300 RWHP than it is to get an RB26DETT to make 300 RWHP. That's why people swap the 1J in.

Would I be correct in saying that if you run a set of 440s on a setup like mine you'll just run rich? Would I also be correct in saying that if I did install 440s it would be safe to use them and that I don't have to worry about anything due to running too rich? Adam
