264's are a later upgrade. For now I'll be happy with USDM 2J cams. An estimated $19 per horsepower is pretty good deal. Besides, I need new cam seals anyways and I'm not making pizza delivery money any more.
Here's my video's from today. Just remove the space in between the V and the = and that is the link. I tried to imbed but it wouldn't work.

Thanks all. I have 2J cams and 2J injectors waiting to go in next.
Zumtizzle, I'm not sure who's MKIII that is, but it's a Seattle guy. The car is BPU and has a 7M-GTE in it, the head is currently sitting in the hatch. Very clean ride from what I could tell.
Finally made it into the 300+ club. All I had to do was retune my car and replace the twins with a fresh pair. Much love to RRev Motorsports for the quick tune.
You heat shrink them by putting 1" heat shink over the stem (after removing the rubber boot), putting the rubber boot back on, and heating the heat shrink up with a lighter or torch.
Just got back from RRev Motorsports, a quick tune and now I am putting down 310.23 RWHP and 302.47 RWTQ. Here's some pics, and the dyno sheet. The number dyno numbers below my final numbers are what my car was pushing before being retuned.
FIL, we speak in thousandths of an inch here. Nobody sells a spark plug gapper in mm. Just thought I'd let you know. Remember, gap the NKK 6097's at .028 and don't forget to heat shrink your coil pack stems while you're there (5 minutes to heat shrink the coil packs).
Adam
Well there's a major problem right there dude. You need to get a set of NGK 6097 plugs. They are copper and should be changed out every 10,000 miles. It will set you back $15 max for all 6 plugs. The 1J doesn't like platinum plugs. Trust me.
You're running factory torque specs for your head studs? You really do need to retorque those studs to the propper specs since the factory specs are too low. Do a search for the propper specs since I can't remember off the top of my head.
I reset my car's electrical system today and now my Greddy turbo timer is counting upwards and won't keep the car on when the ignition is off. I haven't touched any of the wiring related to the timer at all and it was working fine before I blew my turbo's.:1zhelp:
