Compare......look at the cast. Top is a Boss Jr. 57 trim. Nearly identical. WG is very very similar as well. I wonder what internals CX uses. Anybody have specs on Boss' turbine specs?

Thats 2mm larger than their T67 turbo they have though the T67's exducer is a bit larger by 7mm.

^according to the page its electronically assembled so i would GUESS a computer does any balancing before its assembled. EDIT: I misread. It says it IS computer balanced.

tap a soft hose. Forget drilling. Personally i tapped the hose to the heater core with a T connector.

check cam gears to see if they are loose. rare but possible if its rpm dependent

retorque the head and add some more boost

^most do look very very similar. Look up the part numbers on advance auto or autozone and see if they are the same.

^smoking definitely. Had no idea about the heater core though. Very interesting. And no, its not a joke dave. The window is PITA when you have to do it 10x over to get it clean from the film that accumulates. Any suggestions on what chemical actually can cut through this film??
