As others mentioned this is wrong in many ways. You will NOT lost MPG. Think about maybe why that is. Idle should not be affected. All cars idle at the same vacuum unless they are cam'd, i would certainly hope the BOV company would know to design for this... Loss of performance? I'm not...

why not just buy it and have it checked out by a reputable shop nearby? If its slightly off you can get them to fix it or just return it.

24+32=bad AFM sensor** 42=Check you speedometer cable (did you remember to hook it back up) 51=TPS not making proper ground contact with IDL, readjust 52=bad. Make sure you plugged both in, if so, possibly rewire them. **32 should not be on a GTE as mentioned earlier. Sure its not 31?

check the small filter (or whatever it is) behind the ISC and clean it. Make sure ISC is working properly (should click after you turn off the car, also check resistance).
