    It does take some time to re-torque a head, but it takes a lot more time,effort, and expense to rebuild it again. Just a little insurance and just my 2 cents.

    supra weight

    I like my knee in the back seat. I use to drive straight thru from Ohio to Florida without my back hurting. My ass wouldn't start getting numb until I was almost there, usally around 18-19 hours.:aigo:

    All Failed Rebuild Respond!

    One failed due to not enought oil to rod bearings under hard braking and cornering. So far this one has held up, 4k miles, shimmed oil pump, and added 2" to oil pan with baffles, but haven't had it on the track yet.

    Front suspension

    Obvious question, did you check PS fluid level? If it's low, add and bleed the system. If it still does it, it may be the PS pump or the simple fix, belt needs replaced or tightened. Very seldom there's a problem with the rack.

    You should still always check the gap. If they were Champions, pull em out and throw them away. NGK is what you need to get. I've had new Champions right from the box be bad. How long has the fuel filter been in there. Somebpdy on here had a injector wire loose, didn't look loose. That's another...

    The 5.0 H.O. is a Chevy SB. I had a Z-28 with the H.O. not but I think 1 or 2 years bebore they changed to the IROC Z-28's. Underrated from the factory HP. Ran very well stock.
