I got a bolt, Im tryin to take it off, it wont budge, and feels like it's about to strip on me... Any tips on busting a rusty nut before it strip on me?

For ease, the HKS EVC V-EZ II is really nice, and simple... Basic though... I had one, and liked it... I have the HKS EVC-IV now, and its a pain in the ass...

If I go with a 58, will the hp/tq start dropping off as it peaks to red line? See Dan's dyno sheet? I do NOT want that... See mine? I DO want that... I want a table top torque curve and hp pull to red line... On my last supra, I had that same dyno curve as Dan, it would peak and I could feel...

Going by my boost guage, and my EVC, Im really NOT reaching full boost until 6000+ rpm... Look at my dyno, you'll see my hp actually planes off at 6000rpm... And I SERIOUSLY doubt my turbo has reached it's max potential at 15psi... If that's the best it can do: FOR SALE! ONE MYSTERY TURBO...

Justin, yeah, I was tired of speculating on things, so I had to know for sure what I had... I need to know to make sure I dont over boost it or anything like that... Also, Im trying to find out why exactly I cant boost past 15 psi and why it takes so long to hit 15... Thinking I had a HUGE a/r...

When you say trim, do you mean A/R? It does look huge... The turbine fins are big too... In order for me to get this turbo off, I had to literally remove the compressor housing, PITA!GRRR! So I got a good look at the turbine wheel, and the fins are really big... They are well over an inch...

It's a multi layered metal head gasket... The rivets hold all three layers together... SOME of their mhg's you have to remove a rivet, mine didnt need that... All you have to do is place the mhg on your block,a nd make sure that when the head sets down, it doesnt crush a rivet... If it is going...

What do you mean IJ? It's a stock exhaust manifold, but it has two T-4 adaptors sandwiching a dump tube that runs up to my wastegate... Would tightening the hex head screw on the top of my w/g help? *pic*

Cometic and a set of ARPs are great! On my last Supra I buitl, I went with a Cometic 1.3mm mhg and ARP head bolts torqued to 78 pounds... I went with Cometic because they had the most lenient ra, and they have a really good reputation... Not to mention that Luis is running 40 pounds of boost on...
