I have a source that will refurbish one and warranty it for 30 days. Comes all cleaned up inside and out, new cap, new gasket, new O-ring, and greased with a white lithium grease. He wants $125 + shipping on them. Here is a picture of what it will look like:

Dash removal is nothing to be scared of! It's only 8 bolts once the instrument panel and radio stuff is out of the way.

Yes, that was me! Mike is one of the best sellers I have dealt with. He has a pretty big inventory, and for a fee, he delivered my car from Kentucky to lower Alabama. I'm not sure if he would still do that at today's gas prices though. He's a great guy.

9mpg Screams big hole in the head for the EGR that at least needs to be blocked. You should put an EGR on it, but at the very least get it covered.
