Aeromotive "AFPR" adjustable fuel pressure regulator is the best thing to get as far as I am concerned IMHO.

Check to see if the pump is running 12volts all the time. If not run it full 12 volts directly, or do the 12 volt mod. If not the fuel pump is shot if the vacuum is fine.

The 7m rods are .165" longer than the 2jzgte rod from eagle, and they weigh more. Would'nt that .165" and the extra weight make the 7m rod as stout as the 2J rod Rich? In other words would .165 of an inch make the 2j rod that much stronger than the 7m rod. The 7m rod is 5.984" long and weigh...

On S/F I have researched that eagle rods for the 2jzgte has made for sure 1000rwhp. these are the newer tyles on the site like the ones listed for our cars.

If you think we had a misinformed spirited thread read these. So far it seems that some people have made 1000rwhp with eagles in a 2jzgte. This is with the same type of rod that is advertised on their site. It seems 2js have made 1000rwhp with eagle rods from what I have foind on S/F...

Dude are you for real.... with the average seller yes I'd agree with you, manufacutrer's are just a bit more reputable.? I have gotten most of all my factual data from manufacturers of their products. The manufacturers aren't just anyone. Anything they say or do to misrepresent their products...

The eagle rod in the middle does not look shabby to me. They may or may not take 1600 horse power, but the Tech engineer at Eagle says they can. I think unless someone can say that they can't, and support this with factual conclusive data we have to look at them to take at least 1000 horse power...
