Check the turbo to make sure its working and that the wastegate is shut and working.

Sounds to me like a bhg. Do a leakdown test on it, not a compression test.

Question is... Does it produce more energy / power than it consumes? Also, Im working on a turbine engine design right now that could be revolutionary in the future.

I wonder what the velocity is on them though....
