Well there's two solutions to this: 1.) Get an impact socket. They aren't chrome dipped, and they aren't hardened. Take it to a machine shop and have them turn it down. 2.) Take the cams out. Its not that hard to do.

Lay off the crack, please. Shimming the wastegate is the cheapest form of upping the boost you can do. The draw backs are that the life of the wastegate actuator is severely cut.

It will work. Turbos are turbos. The a/r on the hotside is a little large, but it would still spool, just not sure when. If its the reverse rotation model on the powerstroke, you'll just have to point the compressor housing up and not down. Also, if its the variable vein turbo, don't touch...

Yup send it off to me and I'll treat you right. I also have just the combo flange for the turbo so you can hook up any oil lines you want.

Yeah I ran home with my tail between my legs the other day when a cobra went by me. I simply game him a nice 2nd gear boost off, and he let me know by giving me a 50mph burnout. It was litterally instantaneous (sp?). No lag at all. I just gave him the thumbs up and went home.

This coil idea will not work and will harm your engine. You see, you must release the compression inside the cyl to actually save mileage. The new 4 -8 - 4 v8/v4 chevy engines do this - they release the compression and shut off the spark and fuel to half the cyls while under highway/light...

The first time I drove a turbo supra, I thought something was wrong lol. The first and last time I drove a NA supra, the poor thing was automatic too.
