Autobody masters, Urethane primer(qaurt), 1/2pt of catalyst to go with it 1qt of nason 422-23 sealer, shake it up and spray it. 1 pt of basecoat or a urethane paint(durable also dont need clear but u can use it) the of course a qt of clear. Autobody masters Urethane clear with catalyst

180 the wheels. use some laquer to clean up the dust on them afterwards. Prime them, wetsand them. Then shoot a sealer one them. Finally color, then clear. use filters for the gun too and a water seperator on ur compressor.

i wouldnt waste it on the valve covers. I would do the exhaust manifold first.
