Even if you have to buy a used TIG welder and setup, go for it.

Ive been contemplating this for a long time now.
Which would save more fuel @ 14.7:1 AFR
1.) Running 3,000rpm @ 10 vacuum
OR
2.) Running 4,000rpm @ 20 vacuum
So would less load (more vacuum) be more fuel efficient or would less RPMs and more load (less vacuum) be more fuel...
Need a picture of your "said" correct CPS setting with the cps cover off.
Next, need to check for boost leak or check to make sure the injectors are firing in order.
If you're wanting to pollish the housing - take it off the turbo. You don't want debris down the intake.
Just be carefull not to pinch your fingers with the snap ring (ct26) and when taking the housing off be carefull not to bend the compressor wheel blades.
Yes this is possible. Yes max boost would be 8psi. Be ready to make around 285 on a HEALTHY N/A AND A HEALTHY CT26. The n/a needs to have a mhg or kiss it goodbye.
You also need some injectors and a way to controll them.
Last, make sure your fuel system is up to snuff - IE your filter...
^ What he said. Also, take the accoridan hose off, and check to make sure the shaft spins.
Take your bov off. Blow through it. If you can blow through it, its toast.
My dyno confirmed it this weekend also.
The 360's are only rated at 400hp @ flywheel.
My car dynoed at 315hp @ the wheels on a mustang dyno. Add the correction for a dynojet and you get ~ 365hp @ the wheels.
^ No not really. 90% of the cage construction is how well its welded together. I give you blueprints and "Joe" welds it together with a stick welder isn't going to hack it.
Take the car, strip it, and trailer it up here.
