Im thinking the cams are way way way way off and or the CPS timing is way off also.

The safc shouldn't matter on the mechanical/eletrical side of the starter. It will matter if you have the wrong AFM wires spliced though.

You need to hook up a noid light, and have a friend try to turn the car over with the signal wire out of the starter. If the noid light, lights up, then its the connection or the starter. 90% of the time, its the poor connection between the signal wire and the poll on the starter.

J: The click is a good sign. Means your circuit is getting power. Is the factory alarm hooked up as in - if it went off you'd hear it?
