The bigger the exhaust the better on a turbo or forced induction car. The turbo itself creates enough backpressure.

Um wouldn't have touched it with a ten foot pole. Ive had 2 of those v6 turbos in my shop, and I couldn't get either to make any power.

You can reuse the crush washers if they are not warped. It is smart to use new ones. There will be a copper washer on both sides of the banjo.

I think your right Nick. He prolly is burning the oil out the exhaust and has an exhaust leak. The white ash he's seing is oil, and thus that is where his missing oil is going.

The code is due to the fact the car is running lower than 500rpms (iirc). Sounds to me like you have a BOV venting to atmosphere or for some reason the car is running mad rich.
