did anybody catch the fine of 1000 dollars for not having the license plate mounted horizontally! crazy and very unfair, should be rewitten to say concealing your plate

you possibly have glazed the rotors, did you turn them down or did you just replace the pads. the outermost layer of metal on the rorors will get hardened over the life of a pad from heat cycling. this will cause a squeal.

i have been a toyota master tech since 97, worked on countless turbo cars including many supras. i shoulda been a little more specific, oil at the boost side of the turbo or excessiveoil in the charge pipes. most ct-26 turbos that i have seen seals go bad in have lost the compressor side oil...
btw guys a 5.3 is a ls3 the ls# is gm's engine code on its rpo codes.
i think its a great idea, and a ls7 would be the best choice but it could easily be bolted in later.
took it for a 140 mile drive today, learned a few things i dont like. my valve covers leak, the oring on the cas is also leaking. both are easy fixes. and i have a shake at 100 mph
gonna have to balance the tires. and the brakes squeel when warm....
