There are 3 motors IIRC in the lower half of the drivers seat.
The actuators turn a screw/bar that moves the seat, its possible to grab the other end and adjust the seat manually, you might need to get a pair of pliers though.
I'm guessing its a 6M crank, not a 7M. MKIII's came with either, 7M being in the later year models.
Link doesnt work, but I think it'd be cheaper to just get yours reground.
You probally just blew a hose. Im betting the heater hose.
Now would be a godd time to replace those hoses and switch to toyota red coolant.
I would suggest taking care of the hoses before driving the car again.
