The manual NA tranny is a good transmission but if you plan on making over 300HP later get a turbo tranny.

DD = Daily driver. It sounds like your best bet is gonna be to buy a 7MGTE and rebuild it while you continue to drive your NA. Then when you have the GTE all built and ready to swap put a weekend/holiday aside and swap it.

No the NA uses a W58 and the Turbo has an R154, with the turbo being the tronger of the two. Might wanna change your avatar BTW.
