Looking to start Missouri Supra club, anyone interested?

I don't do any body kit. Stock is almost always best. The tail on the late Mike Urbano's car looked good. And the front air damn on Ron Ramirez's ride looks good too. I have only seen those on the internet.

So I have another question for you guys

A timing light is always placed on cylinder number 1 unless you have a seriously fancy timing light that will do that. http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?Section=IG&Page=20 1 and 6 are common on the waste spark.

    Gearing vs turbo

Torque and speed are a trade off in a gear box. The 2nd post is not necessarily correct. If you have a light weight, high torque, tall geared car, it will accelerate easily. The tall gearing creates a lot of speed, and the high torque has no problem turning that load into motion. Especially...

More AFR idle/part throttle cruise issues HELP!

Fuel cut happens when you are decelerating and the TPS is at idle. When you are in fuel cut, the engine isn't running. But when you open the throttle or reach a certain rpm, the fuel is turned back on. It sets a 31 when the voltage is under 100 Mv. I do'nt know if a Hz reading triggers it...

More AFR idle/part throttle cruise issues HELP!

I have no experience with an E-man, or other piggy back. But if you are going lean like that, often the ECU is trying to correct what it sees as a rich condition. Duty cycle of zero is fuel cut. Does the E-man read vehicle speed?

    What's your Supra's Name?

Now that I think about it, the Supra should never have a female name. A Geo Tracker might have a girls name for those of you that insist.

    What's your Supra's Name?

It is called the Supra. It does not have a personal name, it is a machine.

    Overheating problem

Coolant can also come out from a weak radiator cap. If it does not have adequate pressure, the mixture will boil over sooner.

    Codes 31/51

By using the Hz scale of your DVOM to see what the meter is telling the ECU. And adjust the TPS so the idle contacts are closed at idle. Yep. Any smoke or backfire? And befor you go looking for a new AFM, you need to condem yours. Make sure it is not a connection problem.
