That would not matter. The thermostat controls the minimum operating temperature. If it is closed, you could have a 40 gallon per minute pump on there, and there would be no place for the heat to go without convection.
AEM says it doesn't. The A340E has input from the TCCS. How did you do yours? Or did you use a stand alone on the A340E itself? That is an asuummption that you are auto. I guess I don't know that you are.
Well, if you have the wrong year injectors, depending on your 7MGE, you will ruin the injector drivers in the ECU. This can be worked around with a resistor pack, but why not just run the stock ones?

I don't think Toyota had clocking in mind when the CT26 was devolped. Most turbos I see in my line of work have a large snap ring that you loosen to turn the housing. So that it can be used in many machines. Ours was not for that use. Although I don't know if anything bad would happen to you...
