You are doing almost exactly as I would do if I decided to build a street/strip ride. Higher stall speed for the converter, built automatic, higher compression, and the GT35R with a T3 manifold. Cartech on their site still lists the 7M Supra as a manifold and they will do it in T3 or T4. I would...
It should be hard when the engine is off. The booster only holds vacuum for one stop in case of engine shut down. And after it is hard to move, as hydraulic fluid can't be compressed, it should feel soft when the car is started and force (vacuum) is applied. But I am not there to see. Does the...
The wastegate actuator will hold 4.8-6.0 on an automatic at sea level. The 5 speed 5.5-7.5 in a manual, at sea level. 4 is about normal in Denver, assuming he is on the front range.
edit: wait, this is from 2 years ago? The thread is full of misinformation.
Of course it isn't optimal. But it does go to all six. What is funny is all the people that say (ignorantly) that EGR causes detonation in cylinder six because it really only goes in that cylinder since it comes in the rear of the head. And the same people say a FFIM doesn't have that problem...
Why do I need to go into boost?

I am not suprised. Your engine speed at 70 mph is probably close to 3000 rpm. It isn't about having fun, I get that milage on road trips. Not in the daily commute.
The 911 Turbo is the one street car from any time frame that will give you fits in a drag race.
I don't know about you all, but I don't think 2825 is hardly "hefty".
If you remove your back hatch with glass, the doors, the hood and the audio system, you might still weigh more. I was thinking they are near 2600 lbs soaking wet.
