The fog lamp has its own fuse. See the EWD. If the car has not been tampered with, it is powered and grounded through the headlight system. This ought to narrow down your search real quick. What year? The only year I have on hand is the online version. My guess is a previous owner moved the...
Yep. You would think that would put to rest the pet theories and myths that surround the Supra community. Those are copied from Toyota technical manuals like Engine Control Systems volumes.
You could fabricate in existing "MIL eliminators". They produce a constant 450 mv, which is very close to what it should be after the cat. I say fabricate, because they are made for Mustangs and Camaro harnesses. Or get rid of the California computer.
Back when I did this for a living, I used a Fluke 95 that the shop owned. I prefered it to the (then) limited ability of the Vetronix. JJ is very experienced and knowledgable about the items. PM him if he doesn't see the thread.
Correct. The solution is a real cage, or install the roof. The missing roof is the cause of the flex. On an old Fox Body, the Fox Body was the source of the flex. Evidence is the extra 70 lbs of bracing the targa car has, yet still twists more than you all like.

I bought mine with a Boss turbo. I didn't have everything in the kit, but that is because the actuator came installed. The water line is too long, but putting this in was easier than using the hard line.
No stand alone is plug-n-play. You need to add the tune. It is plug in and tune. Accept that first. Second, plug and play doesn't mean it is better, just more convient to install. So, did you find a tuner near you yet? Good luck, and be sure to put up a build thread if you have the time and...
Good to see you doing it right. You know how to calculate rpm, speed, gear, and mph? I have a simple formula that makes it really close. I can tell you with the 3.73, 6000 rpm is about 115 mph. You will need to consider this if you want to run 10's. Keep up the good work. And I know you are...
Thermostat maintains minimum temperature. Not max. Get a higher rated unit. I didn't look at your pictures, just the comment about covering the radiator.
The original stock EFI 5.0 Mustang (4.9) had a 55. The 87 then came with a 60mm. The year of the 55 is the 86. There should be a bunch of them somewhere as many went to 65mm.
Flex plate might be different. The model used for the 1JZ was the A342. I don't have info on it, just that it exists. It probably has different gearing for the smaller engine.
