no. no. no....i started wrapping from the end of the engine harness which i think is the rod knock sensor up to the AFM clip kept going up to the clips near the cam sensor and across the timing belt. thats it.
so last night i went to wrap some electrical tape around the very end of the engine harness and stopped right before the injectors. after putting it back together the car started acting funny. it sputtered and misfire and had a vrey rough idle. i checked for codes but all i get is code 51. i had...

ok well i did the jumper and its still giving me code 51. i pulled out EFI fuse to reset the ECU did the jumper again and still code 51. i had also checked both TPS and they seem to be fine.
i also cleaned out the thottle body. i was afraid it was sticking.

well mdr40z is right. i dont have that much to spent at the moment. upkeep with our cars can get pretty expensive but, if done right, it gets to be the most bad ass car on th road. thnks for every bodies help.

well i recently had a new head gasket put in, it was oem gasket. aside from that the run runs just fine. no leaks anywhere.

ok guys here it is. i went to pressurize the manifold with compressed air and pin pointed the problem. a chunk of old gasket on the intake manifold near the runners. and also a loose bolt on the EGR sensor. after that the car sounded beautifull.
